Terms of Membership
- The NRS membership is a joint membership with the European Respiratory Society (ERS).
- The NRS-ERS membership can be obtained at any time and runs per calendar year (renewed every 1st of January).
- The current membership fee € 90 was approved at the NRS General Assembly Meeting, 27 June 2024 in Utrecht.
- NRS members receive free ERS membership*
- When signing up as an NRS member you automatically agree to receive our newsletter (NRS News Flash!). You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.
*ERS members do not receive a discount when singing up for NRS membership.
Payment terms
- For continued memberships the invoice will be sent in January.
- For new members the invoice will be sent with the confirmation of registration.
Conditions of registration
- You will always receive an automatic confirmation of registration. If you do not receive this email, it means that the secretariat did not receive your registration
Termination of membership
- Termination of membership is possible by sending an email to: nrs@nrs-science.nl
- The membership will be terminated as of January 1st the following calendar year.
- There will be no refund of the membership fee.
Exception: If within 14 days after becoming a new member, he/she applies for termination of the membership, the membership will be terminated and there will be a full refund of the membership fee.
