New ERS Satellites event announced - FREE to register
Precision medicine in COPD and ILD
The latest in the ERS Satellites event series is taking place on 21 February, 2019 and will focus on the popular topic of precision medicine, with a specific focus on COPD and ILD. This one-day event offers free attendance in London, Lisbon, Athens, Warsaw or online to any interested healthcare professionals. The participating venues and audiences are brought together using the latest live-streaming technology for a comprehensive one-day programme, with expert input from across Europe. The ERS Satellites event series is part of a new and important initiative for ERS, which aims to provide high-quality education in both accessible and affordable formats.
Interested healthcare professionals who live close by to the host venues are invited to benefit from this free programme in person, with an added benefit of networking with local peers. The full programme is also available to all those people who live further away who can only participate online.
For added convenience, the content of the day will be split into two halves, meaning that if delegates are specifically interested in COPD they can join for the morning, and if their focus is ILD then they can join for the afternoon.
Chaired by leaders in their respective fields, Professors Wisia Wedzicha (COPD) and Vincent Cottin (ILD), the programme brings together topic experts for a series of presentations and facilitates audience participation across venues by offering question and answer sessions as part of the day’s activities.
Registration for this event is now open and is completely free. There are limited spaces at each venue; therefore, it is advised that people register early to attend in person. Spaces onsite will be awarded on a first-come first-served bases. Online registration is also open now and will be open until the day of event.
